Quick, Easy & Delicious Organic Pot Pies!

I'll be honest here, I am NOT a good cook. I can make basic things, but anything fancy is not my thing (I would like it to be, I am just not skilled in that dept). So, to improvise, I come up with easy "recipes" that I can actually make LOL.

Here is how I make an organic pot pie:

The "goods":

  • Imagine Organic Creamy Soup
  • King Arthur Organic Flour
  • Cascadian farms Frozen Carrots & Peas (I don't put corn in mine, but I ran out of the other veggie mix that doesn't have corn in it)
  • Coleman Organic Chicken (from Costco0
  • Wholly Wholesome Organic Pie Shells
  • Organic Russet Potatoes (where were those in my picture)???

I don't have measurements for this (see, I told you I stink at this). I just cut up some chicken & potatoes (pretty small chunks), thaw the pie shells, put some flour in the creamy soup to thicken it up (wisk it to get the lumps out) and then throw it all in the shells (don't laugh... I try). You could use corn starch too, I just don't have any at the current moment.

I cook it at 400 degrees for 35 - 45 minutes. Let it cool to thicken up the soup inside.

Very easy, and super yummy!

Tell me how you would change this or make it better! I would love to hear from someone that actually has kitchen skills :)
