Conventional Halloween Candy Alternatives & Deals

Halloween is coming up quickly, and many of you may be looking for alternatives to the conventional candy offered in most stores. Here is a list I compiled of alternatives, and a few deals you can grab to save on them.

Justin's Peanut Butter Cups: Organic alternatives to Reese's Peanut Butter cups. These come in dark and milk chocolate.

If you have a voucher to Abe's Market (previously on Eversave, Blissmo and Groupon) that you have not used yet, you can grab these for $23.88 for a 12-pack. Use your voucher to get them for less. Free shipping on orders over $49, or $3.99 under that amount.

The Natural Candy Store also has these for $1.59. Earn a $5 gift certificate for every new customer who clicks on your unique link and then places an order for the first time.

Newman's Own Organic Chocolate Cups: Also an organic alternatives to Reese's Peanut Butter cups. They have five varieties, and both caramel varieties are certified organic.

Get these for $1.49 each at The Lucky Vitamin. These packs have three cups inside, instead of two.

Sunspire Sun Drops: A natural (though not organic) alternative to M&M's. Soy lecithin is non-GMO. Comes in chocolate and peanut.

Also available through The Lucky Vitamin, you can get these for $1.49 each or less if you buy the whole box and get the bulk price.

Yummy Earth Organic Lollipos: An organic alternative to any lollipop. Comes in many flavors, and even has a variety of lollipos with Vitamin-C.

Typically the best price on these is through Amazon. You can snag a pack of about 125 Yummy Earth lollipops for $15.34 when you choose subscribe & save. You can cancel it afterwards if you do not want to receive future shipments.

You can also get a family pack at TJ Maxx for $4.99. This pack contains 50 lollipops. If you want a smaller amount, they also had 30 packs for just $3.99.

Yummy Earth Organic Gummy Bears: For those that love all things gummy bears. These are organic and come in individually wrapped packages perfect for trick-or-treaters.

Another one I would typically get on Amazon. These Yummy Earth Gummy Bears are $12.50 when you choose subscribe & save for a pack of 24 ($.52 each).

TJ Maxx also has these for $4.99 for a 10 pack ($.49 each).

Surf Sweets Organic Jelly Beans: For anyone that loves jelly beans, these come in a .09 oz snack pack.

These seem to be the cheapest on Amazon. You can get a 24 pack of these Surf Sweets Jelly Beans for just $16.21 with subscribe & save. This works out to $.52 an individual bag.

Sjaacks Organic Chocolate Orange Bites: These are individually wrapped and come in orange flavor and peanut butter

Green & Blacks Organic Chocolate Bars: I personally think Hershey has nothing on Green & Blacks. They make my favorite chocolate bars, and offer smaller 1.2 oz varieties in milk chocolate, dark chocolate and more.

Get $1/1 Green & Blacks coupon on Facebook. This is good for any Green & Blacks product, so it can be used on the smaller chocolate bars if you wish.

Glee Gum Mini Gum Packs: A natural alternative to conventional gum. These come ion mini sizes perfect for trick-or-treaters.

Angell Bars: If you like Crunch Bars or Mounds, these may be the organic alternative for you. The Angell Crips Bar is even gluten free!

Annie's Organic Gummy Snacks: Annie's packaged these for Halloween this year in treat sized packs and are offering them at Whole Foods, Toys R Us, Safeway, Hannaford, Kroger, Ralphs, Wake Fern and select natural retailers.

I have currently only found these at my local Whole Foods location for $7.50 ($.63 a bag).

Nature's Path Organic Crispy Rice Bars: Nature's Path also packaged these perfectly for Halloween this year. These are organic and gluten free. They come in a 24 pack and can be found at Whole Foods and select natural food retailers.

The Natural Candy Store is always a good source for organic candy. They have a great referral program where you get a $5 store credit for each new customer you bring them who shops through your referral link. Look for the banner on the bottom left hand side of their home page to get started.
