Free Kid Konserve Lunch Bag Offer Available Again!

Annie's is offering a free Kid Konserve lunch bag again! This time they have partnered with Honest Kids, Seventh Generation and Stonyfield. I spotted a coupon book at my local Henry's with $.50 off coupons for all four brands (expire 12/31/11). 

To get your free lunch bag, you will need  to purchase one item from each of the following:

• Annie's Homegrown (any item)
• Honest Kids Organic (8–pack carton or 64 oz bottle)
• Seventh Generation (Disinfectant Sprays and Wipes)
• Stonyfield YoKids (Organic Yogurt 6-pack or Squeezers)

Then, complete this mail-in form and send it in with your proofs of purchase. There is a limit of (1) free bag per household.

Hi, do you know what proof of purchase they require? They aren't specific on the order form... so I don't know if UPCs cut out from the products will work or if they require the original sales receipt. thanks!
