Usually it depends on when the rep(s) shows up to do the promo. You might call the store manager and ask if he's aware of the time. Last time I went for a promotional at Wal-Mart, the rep never showed and the employees had no idea what I was talking about until they got someone from management. However, they did have the promotional materials in the back.
