Game Day Organic Guacamole Recipe

Whether you're having a football party or just want some organic guacamole for yourself, this easy to make recipe will have you asking for more. 

Avocados are a good source of fiber and potassium. They are a good source of vitamins C, K, B6 and folate. One globe of avocados contains more than one-third the daily value of vitamin C, and more than half the day's requirements of vitamin K.

Cilantro packs a good punch of vitamins and minerals as well, being a great source of folate, B-6, C, A, K, iron and manganese. 

So don't feel guilty digging in!


Preparation Time: 10 minutes Serves: 2


  • 3 Ripe Organic Avocados
  • 1 Organic Lime
  • 1 Organic Lemon
  • 1 Organic Red Onion
  • Organic Cilantro
  • Salt
  • 1/4 organic jalapeño, minced (optional)


Mix avocados in a bowl with a fork. Squeeze the juice from 1/4 of a lime and 1/4 of a lemon on to mixed avocados. Dice one red onion and add 1/3 of it to the mixed avocados. Chop and add add 1 tablespoon of cilantro.

If you like your guacamole spicy, mince 1/4 of the jalepeno and add it to the mix.

Add a pinch of salt (to taste). Use spoon to blend to your desired chunkyness. 

Serve with organic white corn tortilla chips.
