Sam's Club Membership + $20 Gift Card $45

There is an interesting deal on Living Social for Sam's Club. For $45 ($79.84 value), get a one-year Membership package that includes a $20 Sam's Club gift card and $19.84 in food-service vouchers. 

Sam's Club has had some free membership weekends and I personally wasn't too impressed with their organic selection, but the last time I went was over a year ago, so they may have added additional organic items since then. 

When I went, I found organic raspberries, peaches, apples, chocolate milk, coffee and pasta sauce. 

If you have a Sam's Membership, what do you think? Is this a good deal for organic shoppers?

Just curious - what's a food service voucher and how does it work? What does the fine print on the voucher(s) say; are there any restrictions or exclusions or mandatory uses specified?

I have a Sam's Club Membership as well as Bj's and Costco. I would put Costco #1 for organic items, Bj's #2, and Sam's Club #3 they have some organic items, but I decided not to renew my membership for next year. and I live in North Port, Fl.( since I know that items are different in different states)

I'm not really sure how that works, sorry.

There are exclusions, here are some:

Limit 1 per person
Valid for new Sam's Club Members only
New Member is defined as someone who does not have a currently valid membership
Voucher valid for one-year Membership, $20 Sam's Club gift card, and $19.84 worth of foodservice vouchers
Foodservice vouchers include one Artisan Fresh Rotisserie Chicken; two boxes of 6, 12, or 24 ct. Artisan Fresh Cookies; and one 16" Artisan Fresh Take N’ Bake Pizza
Gift Card cannot be used toward Membership fees
Offer is not valid for renewals

Is this type of store beneficial for a family that has a restrictive diet? Such as gluten, food dyes and certain preservatives.
