Nourish Organic Product Review & Giveaway

Nourish Organic is a beauty and personal care brand and among the first to offer a full 100% USDA certified organic bath and body collection.

I was recently offered an opportunity to try and review their Wild Berry collection including body wash, hand wash, body butter, deodorant and body lotion and offer you a chance to win some to try as well!

I also have a promo code for you. Use code: ODEALS15 at checkout on their site for 15% off your entire purchase! They also offer free shipping on orders over $50.

I have been using the products for about three weeks now in hot and humid sunny Florida and am here to share my thoughts on the products I received.

I love that all of their products are natural and certified organic, cruelty-free, gluten-free, and mostly vegan. The packaging design is very unique and would look great on any kitchen or bathroom counter. I also love that they offer a fragrance free collection for those who prefer non scented products.

Organic Body Wash: I am really loving this body wash! It has a light berry smell, and lathers remarkable well for an organic product. I am able to squeeze a small amount on a loofah and wash my entire body and at 10 oz, this bottle will last you a long time. Some body washes I have tried, I have to re-apply more product to finish, wasting a lot of product and time.

I feel moisturized but not greasy when I get out of the shower. I don’t have that white sheen on my legs either that I often have when my skin is dry, requiring me to use moisturizer.

I tried this as bubble bath and it does not work, it goes “flat”, but for it’s intended use as a body wash it is great.

Organic Hand Wash: Their hand wash is similar to their body wash in the way it has a similar texture and color. It suds lightly and has a light berry smell.

The water where I am is very soft, but I am able to get the hand wash rinsed off, while still having a lightly moisturized feeling to my hands. I often apply moisturizer after hand washing, but with this hand wash, I don’t feel like I need it which is great. A little goes a long way, so their 7 oz bottle will last you quite a while.

Organic Body Lotion: Using the body wash, I didn’t really feel like I needed too much of the lotion, but I used it on my stomach, legs and chest for extra moisture. It has a nice silky texture that applied easily. I typically put lotion on when I am still damp from a shower to make it easier to apply, but I used this with dry skin as well and it was just as easy to apply. I do prefer to do it just out of the shower as I feel it absorbs into the skin better. Again, it was not greasy, has a light fragrance and felt great on my skin.

Organic Body Butter: This was my favorite product I tried. I have been using it for the last few weeks on my heels with great results. I live in flip flops everyday even in the winter, so my heels are usually dry and cracked and not looking good. After rubbing this on, they instantly looked better and after a few weeks I don’t even see or feel the cracks anymore!

The texture is smooth and kind of like “butter”. Butter that has been in the fridge, not the countertop. It goes on easily and is not greasy, but very moisturizing. I can’t wait to use it on my elbows in the winter when they get dry.

Organic Deodorant: I gave this the ultimate test, I wore it at Walt Disney World everyday for 12+ hours a day, sweating the entire time in 90 degree weather and 100% (or what felt like it) humidity for a week!

Overall, I love the light fragrance, the ease in application; it glides on smoothly, and it goes on clear. It does not get white marks on your shirt, so it is perfect for tank tops or bathing suits. It is not an antiperspirant, so I did sweat through it, but not as much as I thought I would, it did help keep my dry.

By the end of the day, me and everyone else at Disney World smelled terrible. There wasn't a dry, good smelling one amongst us. I tried another natural deodorant I had with me, and had the same results. No deodorant was going to help me.

Any other time I wore it and was not sweating, I loved it. The smell, the texture, the simple ingredients are great. I would love to try the lavender mint next time.

These are all great certified organic beauty products. I am a new fan and plan to give a set or two as gifts to friends and family this Christmas!

They are offered at a great price point; nothing is over $10. Nourish is also offering a coupon on Mambo Sprouts for $2/1 Nourish Organic Product right now that you can use at Whole Foods or Ulta store locations.
