Organic Banana Yogurt Muffins Recipe



  • 1/2 stick butter (softened)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups mashed banana
  • 1 (6oz) plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups flour


In a large bowl, beat together butter and brown sugar with an electric mixer for 30 seconds.

Add in baking soda, salt, and cinnamon and mix until combined. Slowly add in eggs, mashed bananas, vanilla and yogurt. Once incorporated, add in flour and stir until all flour is incorporated. Do not over mix.

Grease 12 muffin tins and evenly distribute batter into each one. Bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.

Of course, I recommend using organic ingredients :)
