TIPS FOR SAVING AT SPROUTS (CA, CO, TX, UT, OK, NM, NV & AZ):

  • Shop at Sprouts on Wednesdays! Both the previous weeks and the current weeks ad are good on Wednesdays, so you can snag sales from 2 ads and the monthly ad in one trip.

  • Get a $5/$40 purchase at Sprouts for only 50 points on RecycleBank. If you don’t have any points, sign up for the eBay green team when you login or sign up and you will get 50 points!

  • Bring your own bags and get a $.05 cent bag credit for each one.

  • Look for Mambo Sprouts Coupon Books at the registers.

  • Be on the lookout throughout the store for pealies, tear pads and other coupons near products that you can use to save.

  • Look for "Discounted" signs on products that they are discontinuing for larger savings. Coupons can be used on these products and usually makes for a huge discount in price.

  • Sprouts puts out Monthly saving fliers as well as weekly savings fliers, make sure to check them both for sale prices. I post both in my weekly Sprouts match-ups

  • If you really want to save a lot, look for the red "Manager's Special" tags. These are significantly reduced items that they are trying to sell quickly, either because the product is expiring soon or the will no longer carry the item. Use coupons on these items to save a lot.

  • Sprouts takes all manufacturer coupons, even online printables as well as their own coupons. Sign up for their newsletter (look for the mail box on the bottom right hand side of their home page) and they will periodically send you store coupons, often for free products!

  • Sprouts allows "stacking" of manufacturer coupons with Sprouts store coupons, unless prohibited by wording on either coupon. Please check with your store to verify their policy.

  • Get 10% off vitamins when you buy $100 worth of vitamin products. They also have a 25% off everything in their vitamin department event periodically (about twice a year). You can get the 10% along with the 25% off, making your total savings 35% off. Plus use coupons to save even more. Vitamins are expensive, so stock up when they have this sales event.
